Milton Tyree provides supported employment training and consultation through the Human Development Institute at the University of Kentucky. During a recent visit to Clare Milton shared his experience and expertise on how to facilitate valued social roles for individuals we support and in particular the role of employee.
"When times are tough we especially need to recognize that socially devalued people are more vulnerable than ever to exclusion, segregation, congregation and life wasting and do what we can to stand in opposition to these trends. We must be better than typical and more imaginative in creating opportunities"
