We are currently undergoing a radical transformation in the way in which we support and serve people with an intellectual disability in line with best practice internationally. Our focus going forward is to form a relationship/partnership with each individual and their family, enabling them to design their own service so that people can enjoy real lives in real places with a healthy balance of supports.
