Michael Kendrick of Kendrick Consulting is a specialist international consultant focused on supporting leadership in the fields of disability, mental health and aging. Through an ongoing relationship with our organisation he has been working in partnership with Clare Brothers of Charity on strategies designed to scale down the institutional elements typical found in care services. This has resulted in our working "one person at a time" to provide supports each individual identifies as being in their best interest alongside a circle of friends and community contacts balanced with professional paid support.
